Aigar is an experienced sales person, who has been dealing with different types of sales. In every aspect in this field, he has been collecting needed knowledge that helps him understand the needs and flaws of companies. 

He started with saas, then moved to health care. After that Aigar understood that the only way forward is as a private entrepreneur. Selling real estate gave him a lot of experience in exceptional customer service, negotiation and investments.

As he didn't like to stay in his comfort zone, Aigar then helped one startup sell their services. Further on he developed two new companies, one which dealt with construction and second was in the recruitment sector.

Anastasia began her career at Vostok Nafta (now VNV Global), where she identified and backed Tinkoff Credit Systems in its early days—now one of the world’s most profitable digital banks. She later joined Nafta Moskva, Russia’s largest private investment firm at the time, where she led complex leveraged buyouts and strategic asset restructurings.

Most recently, Anastasia led the investment into an Oxford University spinout in the cultivated meat space and served on boards across the UK and Switzerland. Her portfolio reflects a deep interest in breakthrough platforms across biotech, sustainable technologies, and applied AI.

Recognised as a lead investor, Darren has guided deals from proof-of-concept seed investments through Series A and B rounds, portfolio management, and ultimately to exit.
